  I love a good chipotle burrito, but the lady wrapping it, showed how much she didn’t care by folding my burrito in half and hoping for the best when it came to putting it in the tinfoil. It was so bad that I had to ask for a bowl and eat it out of there after it was a complete mess in the bag and all over my hands. I didn’t even order guac and the foil was covered in it.

  I try Chipotle once or twice a year trying to like it. It’s good. But every time, there is always a problem with the order. Tonight’s double chicken weighed 5oz when separated out (and that was with sauce all over it). Was given white rice instead of brown. And they did not include fajita veggies either. I had a small scoop of salsa placed on the side of the container, not over/with the food. Almost thought they forgot that one too. You’re not even Moe’s or CoreLife with a huge amount of toppings. You have SO few toppings. Why is this so difficult?

  Went during lunch which is busy at any Chipotle. The lines went quickly and I was dining in to enjoy the atmosphere. Great location and lots of parking. Con: Pieces of lettuce were brown. Always been a stickler for food places serving bad lettuce.

  First time coming to this restaurant, I was a bit disappointed. After placing the order on the app and coming to pick it up at the store around 8 pm, it wasn’t particularly busy—they were cleaning and some staff were chatting—but no one asked about us or seemed to care. We had to pick up our order ourselves. I ordered a bowl, and the portion was only about three-quarters full, which felt a bit small, and they also missed one item. A lot of the tables in the restaurant were dirty as well.

  Decided to try this location for the first time. Not impressed with this location. At 12:15 there are no peppers and onions, no carnitas, they are out of Minute Maid lemonade, no iced tea, no Agua Frescas or limeades at all (beverage dispensers were empty). (Did we not anticipate needing to restock before opening for lunch). The employees seemed more interested in chatting each other up and horsing around behind the counter with each other than taking my order. Now I see why the dining area has only 2 people in it at noon hour. This location is sadly in need of a good restaurant Mgr to come in and clean UP and clean out the employee pool. Wow….won’t be coming back to this one that’s for sure.
