  Edit #2 I did get an email response after filling out the web page contact as requested. The response said that the issue was being reported back to the local mgt and a apology…..edit #1 …2 days after doing this review got an email asking to submit the complaint on their web site. I did a submission, I’ll edit this review again to see what response. If you do not see an update again that means Chipolte doesn’t care. Great food, great workers. But really dirty store. All day long the garbage bins were overflowing, tables not wiped and even the kitchen floor looked grimy. I have been there 3 times in 2 weeks and it is always really dirty. One employee seemed to indicate that the staff are too busy serving to be spared to routinely clean up.

  Most of the times is good but its a hit or miss going in and having all of the options available. Been various times they run out of the food options like chips, white rice, etc. people ive know have had stomach issues after eating but that never been my experience maybe because I dont get the guacamole.

  The food is amazing!!! When it’s open…. I come every single saturday and it’s a complete roll of lopsided dice whether it’s open or not. Genuinely don’t understand how these owners can’t find staffing, and if it’s not that, then I’m confused how the owners are unaware the workers just sit in there unopened. Change the posted hours if you’re opening at noon everyday. Not that hard.

  Not only could we not get the food we paid for because they closed early, workers were picking up trash off the floor and not changing gloves before making food. Absolutely disgusting. Shut this place down. Just to update this in response to Chipotle reaching out to my review. We already reached out to corporate 2 days ago to simply get a refund for our order as we didn't receive it and we have not received a response. The employees working would not let anyone cancel their online orders despite not being able to fulfill them (they were closing early due to air conditioning breaking). They sarcastically instructed all of the patrons to call 1-800-Chipoltle to get refunds which was obviously a joke as the only way to reach out is via email. They didn't care people weren't getting their food without a refund. They clearly didn't care for the health of their customers by the state of the restaurant. If we don't hear back on Monday we will be contesting the charge with our credit card company.
