  I’ve been here multiple times. Tables are always dirty garbage always full staff seems to always have attitudes when you ask for things you want! Aggressive Rap music super loud (I’m black) rice has been hard came back to switch and was still HARD!!! Need new staff ASAP!

  Lacking the basic ingredients and there doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency to replenish. White rice not even cooked- I guess they saved some time there.

  Placed a pick up order 25 min in advance to save some time, but lo and behold, it was not ready when I got there with 5 orders ahead of it. I waited longer than it would have taken to get in line and order it in person. What’s the point of online orders if they can’t keep to some sort of time table?

  Ordered pickup, went in and the store was so dirty and disgusting, tables had food all over them. Waited 20 minutes past the time I was told to pickup. Asked to cancel my order because of how dirty the store was and was told no. Came home and ate not even half of it because it did not taste good. Ended up 10 hours later so sick to my stomach that I had to go to emergency. Do not eat here!

  Our host, Reyleanna, managed to deliver one of the most unnecessarily hostile customer service experiences I've ever witnessed. From the moment we walked up, she acted like our existence was a personal inconvenience. She was rolling her eyes so hard I'm shocked she didn't sprain something. My friend had a free soda emphasis on free and somehow Reyleanna still decided to charge her for it, then slapped a water cup at her like she was doing us a favor. When I handed her my gift card, she reacted like I had just handed her a live grenade. She sighed dramatically, stared at me like I was the problem, and then said, with full attitude. "there ain't no money in dis." I’m sorry, what? The level of disrespect was honestly impressive. I came here expecting a normal interaction, not to be treated like I personally ruined her day by daring to order food. It's genuinely offensive that my hard-earned money goes into this institution while employees like her can't muster the bare minimum of professionalism. If being polite, accurate, or even remotely civil is too much effort, then here's a revolutionary idea: quit. There are plenty of people who would love a job and wouldn't treat customers like they're trash for simply existing. Overall, I left disappointed, irritated, and honestly stunned that someone this openly rude is allowed to interact with customers at all.
