  Do not pick up Uber deliveries between 4pm-10pm. They don't click order complete when food finished and they ping driver way to early. 30 minutes to 1 hour wait time. Aggravates the customers. The customer removes tips and only get paid $1.52 for that hour. Waste of time.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I gave this location another chance, and once again, they failed from the start—they didn’t have the dressing I requested. This has happened at this location and several others before, but what made this experience unacceptable was the employee’s behavior when I simply asked about it. Instead of helping, the employee became argumentative and confrontational. When I asked to speak with the general manager, she incorrectly stated that only salads come with dressing, even though I’ve received it there multiple times before. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, the staff continued to be hostile. While I was there, another customer who had placed a pickup order an hour earlier was told his order had been thrown away. When he requested a refund, he was told to get back in line. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Multiple employees appeared hostile and ready to escalate situations rather than provide customer service. This location clearly needs better management, accountability, and staff training. After leaving, I went to the Monroe location, where everything was handled properly and without issue. The difference was night and day.

  I just waited in line for 15 minutes (not exaggerating) while they had one person on the line and 7 in the back just to get to my turn to be told they’re out of every protein except pork for 20 minutes I can’t eat pork for religious reasons so I just wasted my entire break waiting in line for nothing. No sign telling you or anything. This place could be dead and you’re still waiting 10 minutes

  We ordered online to pick up, my husband went in and got the bag with his name on it, got it home and not one item was ours. Couldn't even eat it cause it had hot peppers/things we don't even like. Called the customer service number to get refunded and kept getting the run around/ put on hold for over 13 minutes. Why?! We didn't get our food, what is so hard to understand about that and refund us?? THEN they say they're refunding us as a "one time courtesy" what a joke. Never again.

  I ordered a protein burrito but got a bowl instead, I needed to be able to eat with one hand while working and could not be holding a bowl. I was watching the worker and she clearly didn't care to get it right! Not only was the food wrong but I had to wait 15 minutes longer than was stated when I ordered. BU8-UA9
