  Horrible place! ordered a mobile pickup at 9 walked in at 9:20 didn’t get my food till 10:10 the lady was very rude the food isn’t even cooked all the way. Who runs a food business like that. Absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone I love chipotle but this place has deterred me away from chipotle all around. Their were other customers coming walking up to the counter after I was there order their food and pay before I even saw my food being prepared if you are not going to focus mobile orders first then why have the mobile ordered food option? Mobile ordering is too not have to stand in the line. The app tells you when your food will be done and ready. If you’re not going to have the food done by that time then don’t have the option for it. This place is a disgrace to the chipotle name. If I was chipotle I’d close this location down has 4 health code violations under their belt as well. (Update) after reading some reviews why am I even surprised another big company that is getting bad reviews but don’t care to take care of the issues. Literally reviews going back a year saying the SAME exact issues as what is happening now… I don’t understand how this place is even still open or how management hasn’t made changes to workers. Obviously not caring about the public’s opinion.

  This used to be my favorite place to grab some somewhat healthy food when I'm out. I dont like "fast food". Today, 7/8/2026 at aroundn3:30 I stopped in for a bite and the young guy serving the beans and rice was the worst person they should have had serving food. Not interested in saying hello, not interested in answering questions , outside of pointing to a menu, and not interested in saying "you too" after I smile and tell him to have a good day. He literally didnt say one single word the whole time, and had the nost blank stare and clearly didnt wanna be there and didnt wanna interact with the public. Why would a company want someone serving people food who is clearly not friendly at all ? Makes me wonder how the food is handled before being served, if they dont care to treat customers kindly. I wont be back.

  The staff are nice, and the food...its a quick meal. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and I really recommend avoiding mobile orders here. I can clock an hour and ten minutes wait, that's how long it took to get my food from Chipotle on 6/29/26. I also couldnt cancel the order according to customer aervice. all I got was a robotic sorry and a would you like some chips and guacamole? lol, i am done. I am leaving my 3 star for the service, because the people behind the counter are working really hard and are nice and helpful and quite skilled, I dare say i wish i had knife skills in thr kotchen like that. And the lovely person working the register. And mobile order prep guy hwaaaiting!!!! lovely people at the food bar. All in all Gochisousamadeshita.

  Every single time I go to this Chipotle it is filthy. Tables, drink station the floors. As someone who has been in the business I know what it takes to run a restaurant. The only reason I go is because my son loves it. Really need to find a way to keep it cleaner.

  Wow! When I walked in the place was an absolute mess. More food on the counter and floors then in the containers. Bomb must of went off in the rice. When I was finally given my bowl I was treated with a toddler size portion of food that filled about 1/4 of the bowl. Then the sedated employee slid it through a big glob of sour cream which he only partly wiped off to scribble something on it in marker. Unfortunately it wasn't "i'm sorry" You're better off eating at Aspen Dental next door. You'll get about the same amount of food but it will be cleaner.
