I started giving google reviews to share the places I like and give support to them. So I never come here to bash, or complain. I am also a fan of Chipotle. With that said, I could not let this experience pass without saying something. If only to warn others. this location may be beyond saving. Everything in here gets poor marks. The whole place was filthy, they were out of more food then they had, (had no white rice, cilantro rice, steak, beef, soft tacos, burrito shells, queso, Coke Zero, sprite, two out of four lemonades, and in sure I’m forgetting some) the dining area was a mess, with no napkins, and not a clean table to be found. The floor was littered with food and trash. With it being so bad you would think it was crazy busy, but no. Hardy even a line when I was there which I found surprising because staff wonder around like they are lost. A simple task took them forever and they clearly do not know their jobs or the menu. We literally had to explain what comes in a kids build your own taco dish. So with all that said, I will be going to another location from now on. Maybe retrain or replace the staff. They clearly don’t care at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The staff appeared unprofessional and inattentive during my visit. There were clear concerns about hygiene and food handling practices, which made the experience uncomfortable. Employees seemed distracted and not focused on maintaining proper standards of cleanliness and customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues to ensure a better experience moving forward.

I had ordered 8 bowls for my office staff for staff appreciation week. Ordering online, very easy. Waited 45 minutes for our order, we ordered 2 hrs earlier to help with the wait time. When we brought our order back to the office, the bowls were half full, most were incorrect, and we didn’t receive other items in the order(like bottled drinks) We called the store and they said to bring them all back. Mind you it was lunch time and we only had a certain time for lunch. We emailed corporate which they replied they understand, but can’t compensate every”wrong order”. Seriously? Not even a percent off for your inconvenience? A refund for your missing items? Not even a I’m so sorry to hear this.
NEVER going back to this location or may wipe Chipotle right off my list.

The food was horrible and cold and was not the way we ordered it. The sausage were undercooked, they looked like they were heated in a microwave for a couple of minutes they were white in color.. The bacon was broken up in pieces. We asked for cheese to be cooked in with the eggs, they sprinkled a tiny bit of cheese on top. When the server came to take are order, i showed him a text message i got from Dennys, i asked him how do i use the discount, he said he didnt know, that was it. The server only came to our table to serve our food and to bring the bill, he never came to the table to refill our drinks. The bill was
$ 50.16, way to much for what we got. I can honestly say I should of only been charged for the French toast. When cashing out I told the her the food was super cold and horrible when she asked how everything was, she said well all I can do is tell my manager, I asked him name because I was on my way to an appointment and he was not able see me at that moment. So I was explaining to the cashier why I was not pleased with the food, amount I paid and the service and she completely ignored me and started talking to someone else as I was still talking to her.
I get the place was busy, but everyone deserves to be treated with respect. She was completely out of line, she was pleasent when I was paying the bill, once that was done she turned her rude switch on I feel like I was robbed, I should have only been charged for the french toast and that's it, everything else was cold and disgusting.

I usually enjoy coming to this location, but my experience today was incredibly frustrating. I understand that everyone has bad days, but that's no excuse to take it out on customers and intentionally provide poor service. I asked for extra rice, and the employee working the line flatly refused, claiming there "wasn't enough left". There was clearly plenty of rice in the container to fulfill the request. but he simply didn't want to do it. To make matters worse, he had a nasty attitude throughout out the interaction and ended it by roughly sliding my bowl down the counter to the next person without even addressing the request. It's disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience for a simple, standard request.
Thankfully, the manager Zach stepped in after I requested to speak with him and he took care of the situation immediately. Zach addressed me with total professionalism. He did mention that they were in the middle of lunch rush and were very busy. While I appreciate the context, I still don't think being busy is a valid reason to be rude to customers or refuse a simple request.
Huge thanks to Zach for his leadership, but SOME of the front line workers definitely need a reality check on how to handle pressure.
