They told me it’s because the store was delayed to open, but another guy said he’d been waiting here since noon for his order. This was at 1:30pm. Can my order be compensated or refunded? I missed my whole lunch break waiting for my food that I didn’t even get to eat.

I felt like I was bothering him just by asking for extra of something, and the way he handled my bowl made me feel uncomfortable. He slid my bowl down the counter as if I was annoying him, and my bowl was actually bent and out of shape when I received it. Customer service should make customers feel respected, not like they are inconveniencing the staff. His facial expressions and overall attitude came across as if he genuinely did not want to be there or interact with customers. African-American, young guy! I don’t know his name, but management should know who was working the front around 4 PM on 8/12. I strongly recommend some customer-service training for the entire crew. Unfortunately, after this experience, you’ve lost me as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Definitely calling CORPORATE
