  as a doordasher, the staff were very rude, and took a lot of time to make the order i had to pick up while other orders continued to be taken and given, a 20 minute wait is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional, i feel sorry for the people who’s orders are now 20 minutes late because of this. not to mention all of the incorrect orders i saw given while i was waiting

  Put in an order thru Uber Eats (which has no options for customization) so I called immediately after placing the order to ask for an allergen to be removed. Staff were very impolite and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Will not be ordering again.

  No custom orders on doordash and they don't pick up the phone until your order is done.

  this location took my order. the website and google says it is ppen until 10:00pm i ordered a little aftwr 3:00pm. they placed my order and took my money. but never prepared the food. when i called the next day they informed me they closed at 2:00 pm. and refused to refund me. i spoke with 2 employees who were both very unprofessional. they refused to give me a number to call or an email to reach. and the 2nd employee hung up on me.

  I ordered a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Easy enough. I get delivered an onion bagel with strawberry cream cheese. And it was not even toasted. This is absolutely disgusting. This place’s quality has gone down the drain. Won’t be back. Added a pic so you could see this lil onions and that I’m not lying. Gross.
