  Hello, My name is Pauline . I am complaining regarding your monroe ave location in Rochester NY. (2951 monroe ave) I would also like for some kind of action to be taken on behalf the employee and manager with whom I spoke with. at apporixamately 4:00PM I placed an order for my Grand children. the website said the location I ordered from was Open until 10:00 PM they took the order. (order #: 10235365758831536383) The location was closed when we came to pick up the order. I called them the next day to find a solution, or receive a refund. The first employee i spoke with was very unprofessional and refused to refund, as well refused a number or email to reach to for a solution. at one point placing me on hold for quite a while. a female spoke to me claiming she was a manager after the hold, she was equally as rude. telling me to reach to corporate but telling me there is no number to reach to. my son tried calling back for me. and ask to speak with a manager. The same female manager answered. He was polite and professional in his wording. asking the managers name after she accused me of yelling at them. she as well said there was no phone number to reach corporate. yet told him later she was on the phone with corporate. she as well kept interrupting him and not letting him speak. she said her name was Dalizza. when he asked for the name of the other Employee with whom I spoke to, she refused. and when he tried to confirm the spelling of her name she hung up on him. My son called back and asked for the names again. she accused him of being demeaning and undermining, at one point yelling herself, before again hanging up. me and my family frequently order from Brueggers. (this location specifically) this was the first bad experience. and it was a nightmare of one. All I asked for was a refund, then for a way to reach corporate after being told thats who i need to reach to. all my son asked for was the name of the 2 staff members with whom I spoke with. in conclusion I would like my refund. and for some kibd of corrective action to be taken on the staff members in question. If no action is to be taken on these two staff members, then perhaps a new training on customer service.

  I really like this location. The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly. I have been stopping in around 7am for pick up orders. Each time I was greeted kindle despite not going to the counter.

  I come to this Bruegger’s often and they are always friendly. Just now I came through the drive thru and was extremely disappointed. I had asked for a moment to decide what to order and once I was ready I let them know i was ready, the woman answering me replied back “im not.” So I gave her time and when she ready I let her know I was going to have two separate orders. She then replied with “no”. I asked if there was any way that was possible and she repeatedly said the word “no” and nothing else. I pull up to the window and a woman with blue colored hair is laughing at me and the other girl in my car. I made sure to tell her to have a good day and she stared at us. This was such a rude and uncomfortable experience for me. I hope management addresses this.

  Order made completely wrong and sloppily. No sense of urgency behind the counter and unfriendly drive thru staff. Do not recommend this location.
