  these aren’t even bagels. they’re more just sad, sorry rolls. You’re in new york. you never need to eat this sorry of a bagel

  So sad. Just wanted my bagels and lox after giving birth and bagel was so disappointing (ten billion seeds, not toasted, cut atrociously, salmon was not to it's usual BB standards) for $10, i hoped for more :// Signed a sad new mom *Edit* Husband asked for a plain bagel and got an Everything bagel instead. I was also the only person in line, it wasn't busy.

  The last few times I’ve gone something has been wrong every. single. time. Like sometimes the coffee is really bad even with coffee and sugar. Or they forget to substitute for another cream cheese. Last time they just forgot one of my two cereal pops and I didn’t notice till I got home. There’s also no way to do anything about it in the app and it wasn’t worth the time honestly. This time when I picked up my usual order, and it happens again where only one cereal pop gets put in my bag so I just ask for another one and leave. It’s always little stuff like this with this location so it’s just hasn’t been worth it to complain but then I opened the breakfast sandwiches (farmhouse) that I ordered and really?? I thought maybe one just got smushed but they forgot almost everything?? The cross section was one egg and like two bits of bacon. Mind you I paid for 2 eggs on each, and the one sandwich that at least has cream cheese is missing an egg, too. It would have been fine if they just told us at the window too. These were two identical sandwiches, so you could have just told me if you ran out of ingredients for one so we could substitute with a different sandwich, especially since there’s no way to make changes in the app after ordering. It wasn’t even busy it was like 12:30 and there was just one car behind me I think. I get these when I want to treat myself but it’s just not worth the treat anymore. I just keep wasting my money at this location :/
