  This location use to be great. But the last 3 times I ordered,, I got someone else's order. Doesn't matter if it was delivered by doordash or if I picked up my order in person. The order I get isn't what I ordered.

  The steak nuggets were dry and expensive, curly fries were great, the condiments pumps were empty, the back door was locked, the bathroom was out of wiping paper, 6 minutes after placing order manager calls back obout it and the reply was " i been made that" and was another 4 minute wait ,oh she did give me, without mention, free turnover

  The worst Arby's I have ever been to employs are lazy and rude and the make you pull up to get your food so the timer stops i will never go here again never

  I'm fed up! Arby's sent text today "FREE Sandwich" for being a Rewards member...I drove a few miles to Arby's, opened the app via the text and NO FREE SANDWICH Reward! Employees were clueless! I left without making any purchase and going to contact Arby's customer service for explanation of this debacle...Angry customer here 😡 I had to get 4-digit code to sign into the phone app after entering my email and password too! Arby's app sucks,and I'll be eating elsewhere as a result!
