  Wonderful food. The drive thru is stupid slow. Telling people to look at the menu and you'll be back.. +5 minutes later is ridiculous.

  Got food poisoning from here, theres no debate, that was the only food eaten that day, it could be nothing else. Throwing up and diarrhea for a day and a half. Disgusting, they permanently lost a long time customer and lover of arby roast beef and cheddar since i was a kid. Cannot bring myself to pay for food from there ever again, after years of the quality getting worse and skimping on ingredients more and more. Arbys is past its day, time to shut it down.

  I was the second in line of three cars in the drive through. After waiting about fifteen minutes, maybe twenty with nobody moving, i rolled down my window and shouted at the truck in front of me saying what was going on. The driver was clueless, but that seemed to awaken the drive through order box and he started giving an order. He slowly pulled forward and I stopped in front of the box. Nothing nada no greeting whatsoever. After a couple minutes, I just asked politely, should I wait to give my order? Then, a voice on the other side the box is like, oh yeah, right.Yeah what would you like? Having never worked in a drive through before, i wonder if a sensor is broken and they literally can't tell if somebody's waiting. Got my food relatively quickly after that, in the gentleman who was taking my money and given me the food was very nice. A sandwich was hot and not skimpy on meat, so that's good. Edited later to say that they were not skimpy on meat
