  Showed up for their promotional free drinks at 7:45 got stuck in line for over 15 minutes just for them to then start working to the back of the line to take orders at 8:03 just to be told I missed the promotion by 3 minutes then stuck in the line for another 10 minutes 25 minutes for a cup of coffee when the place doesn't even sell food is wild.

  Staff was friendly (almost too friendly, what are they so chipper about?). Unfortunately, from my perspective, this place is the embodiment of everything that’s wrong with the American food industry. Thousands of variants of artificially flavored, high-calorie sugar water, neatly served in plastic.

  I moved to rochester about 8 months ago and was so sad that there was no 7brew close to where i live but now i’ve been going everyday to the henrietta location and I couldn’t be happier. I love 7 brew💙💙
