  Omg tha food it’s so good but The staff are rude; they go around shouting and have a very bad attitude. I think that if they hired friendlier people, it would make a bigger impact.

  Came here for lunch, and while the service was fast, quick and enjoyable, the music was anything but public friendly. Not sure who was in charge today but the music system had Eminem playing w/o filtering. So every other sentence had cursing and non-public friendly vibes. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to play said music but when customers are able walk into place of business, that system should be automatically set to public-friendly music. This was my second time here, and last time the manager was on top on stuff. Today she wasn't, looks like employees took this as a free pass day. I love this place but I don't think the music choices should be left to random employees

  First time getting carryout at this location. I haven't had Wingstop many times before this one, so I wasn't comparing it to many past experiences. Regardless, I got some boneless wings and fries, and they were great. The wings were crispy and sauced well, and the fries had great seasoning and tasted fresh. The staff was super nice and my order was ready within 10-15 mins from when I placed it on the app. Good experience and I'll be back

  actually horrible experience not only are the workers rude but i went in to pick up my food and they said that i already picked it up so they gave my order to the wrong person then 20 minutes later after they got my order wrong they forgot two fries, everytime i go there they do something wrong absolutely not going back horrible!!!!!!

  When you first get there, you expect to have great customer service, but unfortunately this is where it falls flat. I walk in to pick up my online order where they tell me that is ready on the app and on the screen, only for them to not only not have my food ready, but make me wait an extra 5-10 minutes because they haven’t cooked it yet. Not only that, but they proceed to serve out other people’s food that were after me, ahead of me. I was very disappointed and didn’t even get an apology once. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was hungry and already spent my money on my order, I would have walked out immediately after this terrible experience. For a place that I’ve heard a lot about, this place was sub-par to say the least. I hope it can do better next time.
