  I am giving this place one star because of the poor service I experienced. I arrived when the store was not very busy, but as more customers came in, the cashiers and staff started serving people who arrived after me before helping me. It felt very unfair to be overlooked despite being there first. To make matters worse, someone took my seat before I had even finished paying for my order. The staff should have allowed me to complete my payment first instead of making my sorbet and leaving me waiting. The whole experience was disorganized and frustrating. I expected better customer service from Häagen-Dazs and was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I also included a second photo showing artwork featuring the Empire State Building. This image is based on a wall mural from the store and was edited by me using Adobe Firefly on July 11 as a personal creative project. I am sharing it as part of my visit and experience at this location.

  They are fully staffed here. They offer fresh ice cream, cones and toppings. Be sure to get the app for points! They have limited cake options and one small table in the back. I hope they add benches to this location so you can enjoy the ice cream inside as well. I brought a birthday cake here and come in randomly and the counter people are usually bright and ready to serve.
