  I am very shocked to see all the one star reviews because my experience at this location was very pleasant. I went about a week ago with my daughter and my mother to try out their new location and when we got there, there was a long line, but the line moved very quickly. I forgot the name of the girl who served my food, but she was very nice and attentive and gave me generous portions, which I was very happy about. I always get fajita veggies in my bowl and these were probably the best fajita veggies I’ve had at any of the chipotle locations. Besides the fajitas, everything else was delicious and they packed my side of guac to the brim. My chips were crisp and fresh and delicious. This will be my new go to place for chipotle.

  I was a little hesitant to go to this location because how dare they replace the beloved Boston market!! But I decided to give it a try and yes, it was very packed but keep in mind they just opened. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they were very generous with their servings. The food was seasoned very well. It’s probably the best flavor I’ve had in all of the Chipotle locations I’ve been to. . I’m convinced they use adobo in their food lol But in all seriousness, the new Chipotle is very nice and the staff are even nicer

  This was honestly one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I've had in a while. The line barely moved even though there were only a few people ahead of me, and several employees seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. When I finally ordered, half of the ingredients I wanted were supposedly unavailable. The rice was dry, the meat was lukewarm, and the chips tasted stale. The drink station was also a mess, with empty lids and napkins scattered around and one of the fountain drinks completely out. Everything felt disorganized and poorly managed from beginning to end. For the amount they charge now, I expected much better food and service. I definitely wouldn't choose this location again.

  Really disappointing for a brand new location. The tables were dirty, the portions were ridiculously small for the price, and I was even charged incorrectly for my bowl. The customer service made the experience worse. One employee was constantly loud, raising her voice and yelling across the restaurant, which was extremely unprofessional and made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. If you're going to charge these prices, customers should at least get decent portions, a clean place to eat, and professional service. Definitely not coming pack unless things improve.

  Whoever was in charge of training this staff failed this store right from the start. I ordered a bowl and it was literally only half as full as what I’d get at any other Chipotle in the area. I finished the $13 bowl in like 4 minutes and went to the Chipotle on Maurice Ave instead because I was still starving. They gave me easily twice as much food for the same exact order and price. Please re-train the staff to give appropriate portion sizes, or just cut your losses and permanently close this location before people burn it down due to getting scammed.
