- JJJ-Rocks!May 31, 20262.0Crystallized ice cream texture on the last 2 visits, indicating it's thawed & refrozen, witnessed server pouring melted, liquid, chocolate ice cream from an old tub onto the top of a new one, this is poor management, staff require training in food hygiene, melted ice cream should be discarded & never refrozen let alone poured on top of new ice cream, it's a recipe for food poisoning & sub standard product. The ice cream itself is very sweet but delicious, just crystallized. Walked out as service was so slow & there were several people in line getting coffee & donuts, & returned later. No designated ice cream server.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
