  Horrible experience at Richfield Springs location, order was wrong (again) and the server had the nerve to blame me for “ not checking the board”…. How about you getting it right for once, by far the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced and to boot…… management just doesn’t care…… Rude, obnoxious staff, horrible food. Stay clear of this place……

  Went threw the driveway with no one in front of us had to wait for someone to ask what are order was for more then 7 minutes finally get them to ask us for our order and pull up to pay wait 10 minutes to pay and the guy says can you pull up to the fence it’s not ready, mind you not one car behind us still . We wait for five more minutes and a lady comes to the window and says I need you to move . No one behind us still. When we say there is no one behind us she gets mad and starts yelling at my husband and says we will give you your money back leaves the window comes back and hands the money to my husband and says good luck getting dinner somewhere else . I ask her to talk to a manager and she says I am the manager .. this was a horrible experience start to finish . Never again will we spend one dollar at that McDonald’s .

  Stopped at this location for the first time last night And I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Staff was just standing around talking while we waited for someone to take our order, Waited an hour to finally get our food and it still wasn’t right, but by then we were sick of waiting around. I would understand it more if the place was packed, but it certainly was not.
