- ABAlesia ButlerJun 12, 20261.0Literally so appalled at the convo I just had the with Heather the pharmacist. My doctor sends in my prescriptions a week sometimes two weeks in advance because they are always out of my medication and I normally get a text message on Friday mornings letting me know it’s ready for pick up. Since their new texting system, I called to follow up because I have to take my medication promptly every Friday and I didnt receive a text. The pharmacist said yes, we received the prescription and I can fill it for you tomorrow. I said but I sent it in a week ahead of time. Why didn’t you just fill it so it was ready timely? Especially because I need it promptly on Fridays and it’s sent in early bc it needs to be ordered. She then told me that I needed to be better in the future about making sure I don’t call until the day of when I need my medication, even though this was submitted a week in advance and for the past two years, I’ve never had one issue. She went back and forth with me about how this is my fault and best practice so I don’t make this mistake again. The sarcasm and condescending remarks were unnecessary and she was beyond rude.

- DTDaniel TripoliSep 22, 20241.0This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Rude to me and my wife multiple times. Takes anywhere from one week to two weeks to get the simplest scripts filled. Always an issue. Always out of everything. Sends scripts back because they can't count to 12. Even doctors say there the hardest to deal with it. Everytime it's something. Can't just stop into my local pharmacy and pick up my scripts. Be aware. Ppl. Find another place. I'd rather travel an hr to better place then deal with this aggravating experience. Please fix your pharmacy. 9 years now . Not one got visit to your place of business. I will be leaving your store. Idc if I have to travel. Not worth the blood pressure
