  I went to the drive-through on 7/7 around 8:30 in the morning. Come to find out that there was only one person working. I patiently waited in line because I was hungry and I needed food and it only took about 15 minutes for her to get through the line when I arrived. There were about four cars in front of me and probably three other people on the other side of the drive-through, she says at the speaker that she apologizes, but there was only one person working. I apologize to her and showed her kindness. She did amazing this one person was able to get all those cars, food and drinks as they needed with a kind voice and a smile On her face. I know some people were probably very upset about the wait, but it is a new business new employees and for what it’s worth this one employee did a fantastic job. I wish I caught her name.

  No rating for the food itself since we couldn’t try it. We left because we weren’t acknowledged at all by staff. After making eye contact several times with staff, there was no greeting, no, “I’ll get your order in a second.” Busy or not, acknowledgement is simple. Maybe because we were brown in an all white, small town.

  Waited over 5 minutes at the drive through window as we shouted “hello” into the receiver multiple times. Then waited over 5 minutes at the pick up window (we are actually still currently waiting in the car). I would not stop here for a quick coffee run.

  Waited in line for 10 minutes just to find out they couldn’t make food because of how backed up they were. Second time this has happened. Don’t go here. Workers are rude and slow.

  The weight in the Drive-Thru is atrocious. The only reason I come to a place like this is because I'm short on time because it certainly isn't for the quality of food. Considering speed is the main draw of going to a place like this, it makes me wonder why more emphasis isn't put on speed through the drive-thru. Well, now I know, so I won't be back.
