  Donuts and coffee have deteriorated quite a bit with dunking as a whole... improvements in quality need to be made

  We did an online order and showed up at the specified time to pick up and we went to the drive-thru and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the microphone and then they told us to go up to the second window and it took at least an additional 10 minutes to get drinks that were already ordered and paid for I will say the drinks were very good but the wait time seemed to be extreme especially for ordering ahead

  Too bad can’t give a 0 on service Congratulations your store is the worst in America Right down to the design of the drive thru Employs don’t care I rather order my coffee directly from Columbia so I could get it faster

  Richfield Springs is a mess. Employees miserable,cold coffee and bathrooms a mess complete with mops and garbage cans in the way. Avoid this place
