The place is riddled with flies. It’s over-priced. The burgers are under-cooked (I’ve learned that I have to order “well done” if I want “medium.”). The staff is under-trained and often incredibly dismissive to customers. Unfortunately we’ve had to stop supporting them.

I don't really dig on buns, and when I went in I asked if they'd make me a burger on lettuce, and without hesitation he said absolutely. Everything was absolutely delicious and the French fries cooked perfectly, the shoestring variety, which are fantastic when cooked well. I have to say though the customer service was phenomenal. They noticed that I had my dog with me outside while my brother went inside to order and the gentleman came out and asked if I wanted a water bowl for my dog. I mean, come on, where do you get service like that these days? Definitely at Bunsburgers.
