- EHE HSep 21, 20262.0Nice enough people but totally off the ball on order routing. Placed an order to be made for 2:30. Show up at 2:33 and am told it just needs the french fries added to the bag. Stood at the table in front of the pick up counter to wait. Then watched her take a long string of walk in orders. Then watched her cook everyone else's burgers. Watched her hand all the orders out to everyone else and then look at me, and finally put the fries in the bag and hand me my bag. I got my food at 2:55 instead. And the fries weren't even fresh cooked. Nah. Not putting up with that again.

It's not really any effort but remembering it. You just gotta leave it on the grill a little longer thats all effort u have to do. So I tipped you to do as I requested & I still get soggy bunns which that 4.30 I could buy my self a coffee or more fries or something but I gave it to you figuring its literally not hard to leave buns on the grill longer tell their crispy. So I wont be tipping u in future anymore. Honestly food allways bland no flavor its pretty expensive to customer service is horrible they refuse to listen actually yeah think you just lost yourself a customer I'm normally allways coming here. But not being able to use your brain i assume u must have and leave the bunns on the frigging grill longer which ant hard just lost you business. Teach your staff to listen more & do what their told especially when I just paided you 4 dollars and 30 cent to make the bunns crispy.

Only complaint, it's very expensive!! 2 burgers, large fries and 2 drinks cost me $48 and change. It's a once-in-a-while luxury outing for my wallet!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
