  I went through the drive-in ordered small coffee, Jelly filled doughnut and a sausage egg croissant sandwich. I drove a block away, looked in the bag. I had somebody’s bacon and plain bagel. I returned she apologized.. It was very nice. Upon leaving the store, I opened up sandwich to discovered it was burned not just a little burned. It was also burned on the inside. Went back to the drive-through. She told me I would get it for free . It was the manager Now at the window He refused to give me his name came to the window and I said that this was my third time at the store and I think I should have it for free. He got very rude and told me I don’t get it for free and I informed him my first order was completely wrong and I had to return. I should be compensated for my time and Gas. He said I was getting a sandwich and I was paying for it. And that I said to him here here’s the sandwich I don’t want it. He did gave me Back my $575. I informed him I also gave a two dollar tip and he said of course you don’t get that back. And I informed him I would never be going to a Dunkin’ Donuts again. The end I wish I could share the picture of this croissant, they tried to sell me.

  Avoid this location. The manager (man in black shirt, no name tag) is hostile and aggressive. On Feb 14th, he threatened an illegal tow on my vehicle while my party-including senior citizens-were inside as paying customers, even after explaining the situation. We were essentially harassed and felt forced to stay with our vehicle to protect our property. I have already attempted to resolve this with Dunkin' Corporate for over a week (Case# CCC7879911). Despite their "48-hour" promise, they have ignored multiple follow-ups over 5+ business days. It is clear this franchisee has zero accountability and Corporate has zero oversight. If you value being treated with basic respect, go elsewhere.

  THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS YOU CAN VISIT...They never get their orders right in the drive-thru, and they mess up every single doordsh order I do at least 3 times or more per week, since I can not leave my office, and Doordash does not let me pick the dunkin store. THEY ARE HORRIBLE
