The lady who took my order, who had an eyebrow piercing (which I don’t think there’s anything wrong with, it’s just a identifying feature), was incredibly rude and snobby, especially when I asked for a modification on one of the drinks. She gave us a lot of attitude throughout the entire order. We ordered two Strawberry Dragonfruit Refreshers with protein milk and one Strawberry Daydream Refresher. When we received the drinks, all three tasted off, and the two with protein milk were sour and had white chunks, which isn’t normal since I get that drink often. We each took just a few sips before throwing them away because we didn’t feel safe drinking them. I understand we came 15 minutes before closing, but that’s no excuse for the attitude or the poor quality of the drinks. When we tried to call the store, they didn’t answer, which is understandable since they were about to close, but we couldn’t even leave a voicemail because the voicemail box was full. Something was definitely wrong, and I’m very dissatisfied. I wish I could give a zero-star review.

At first when we pulled through the drive thru the worker greeted us with attitude which whatever i can move past a grumpy worker. We got our drinks and left, i take a sip of mine (strawberry dragonfruit with protein milk) and there was a white paste in my tongue and i thought maybe it was jsut a piece of the straw that i didn’t notice but then i kept getting it so i turned on a flashlight but didnt see anything so i took another sip and my drink tasted sour and i asked my friends if it was just me who thought there was something wrong with their drinks and my friend who also got the strawberry dragonfruit with protein milk said his tastes sour as well and i’ve had many of these drinks as i’ve worked at a dunkin in the past so i know something was up with the taste as i know it is highly unlikely the milk was out of date due to going through so much a day but there was something definitely wrong with it all if our stomachs hurt after a few sips and we threw them out due to us coming to the conclusion they were not safe to drink and i tried to call and leave a voicemail or talk to HR but they all say the voicemail box was full but i currently feel sick and im grossed out wether it was something expired or a spoon that wasn’t cleaned im not sure but something is definitely wrong and i would like to speak to a manager or HR immediately becuase this is very serious and unacceptable.
