  The most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been to. Walked in on a hot day, and the A/C wasn't working. The soda machine was out of syrup. Only one of the four iced tea offerings had anything in it. The table, floors, and bathroom are uncleaned. One bathroom out of order. Gruff, complaining cashier. One trash station without any trash cans.

  This chipotle was cleaner and friendlier than most. I’ve been seeing a lot of messy restaurants when I go to chipotle and a lot of unmotivated staff this was the exception here this was a good staff clean store, but the prices are still a lot 12 1314 bucks for a burrito 15 bucks with guacamole is getting up there

  Food is good cause it comes with ingredients and pre made but the workers fight among themselves in front of customers and makes customers feel like they are tired of serving also they look very unhappy and not a friendly environment also place is very dirty looks like no one wants to clean or take out the garbage very poor management

  I can’t tell you how much I dread going to this location. It is completely understaffed at peak times, always out of food, the employees that are there have no sense of urgency and most are fooling around in the back of the store. But my kids insist of wanting their food so I am forced to go. Numerous times I have dealt with the incompetence and just chalked it up to how the store is operated. But tonight we ordered door dash from here as we had a late night at the baseball fields and my son requested chipotle. Rather than venture to the store to endure another frustrating experience in person, door dash was the decision. After an hour and 15 minutes waiting for the food to arrive, well you guessed it, my son’s burrito was missing from the order. The proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back. So here I am writing a 1 star review that after numerous 1 star experiences in the past, it felt like it was a long time coming.

  Ive come to this location dozens of times, at different times and different days, weekdays and weekends and the majority of the experiences were poor. Given them multiple trys. Probably not coming back to this location. 1. ALWAYS out of something. Tonight they were out of special sauces, napkins and lids for the bowls. Worst thing, no one tells you untill youve waited 10-15 min in line just to get to the front to be told they were out of something or the credit card machine is down. I just looked at the reviews of multiple chipotles around and theyre all trash. Ok so the problem is NOT specific to THIS location. This is a Chipotle Corporate issue. as quality has dropped significantly across the nation. Cook at home USA.
