  Lady at the counter was rude to start. Always out of ice, and white rice chicken and anything else you could think of. I came in once to see piles of food on the floor of the kitchen with a small mouse scurrying across the floor. Your inches from a lawsuit one by me watch your next move and clean up your kitchen and hire better employees.

  I don’t normally do reviews but felt I had to leave one based on this experience. I’m also from Long Island and was only upstate for the night so don’t have ANY connection to this establishment at all. I went in on Saturday night around 9PM, I get that it’s later than the normal rush and the crew is preoccupied with other tasks. The three experiences below I feel are really really bad. 1) The establishment was an absolute disaster, wrappers, napkins and food was all over the floor in the kitchen (not the best look for a very open kitchen concept). There was also a spilled drink that looked like it had been there for a while where you line up to order (might have been water but still not a great look). 2) They were out of black beans, I was ok with this, I got the pinto beans. They aren’t my favorite but hey I’m the one coming in at 9PM. Disappointing but somewhat acceptable. 3) This was the one that absolutely blew my mind. They used the last portion (not a full portion) of shredded cheese on my daughter’s bowl, I’m thinking that’s all good they will get more, NOPE, they ran out of shredded cheese. I asked them since they didn’t have the beans I wanted and didn’t have shredded cheese can I get the liquid queso for free so I didn’t have to walk away from the burrito. The guy went in the back and I guess asked the manager (who I never saw), when he came back he said “we will have shredded cheese in about 25 minutes”, if you don’t want to wait you have to pay for the liquid queso. I said sorry but I can’t eat the burrito without cheese. He then proceeded to pick up the burrito and throw it in the trash. He then rang up my daughter’s bowl and didn’t charge for guac. I think that was just a miss and not compensation for the disaster I walked into. Not sure this review will do anything and seems like there are others like it. Thanks for listening to the mind blowing experience I had. The only positive was the guy upfront did sanitize consistently before each person in between using the register.

  Ordered sofrita bowl but got a chicken bowl. I’m vegetarian and didn’t realize until I already ate almost half. The person at the register started to blame me that I already ate - no sympathy, not even sorry. Fortunately the manager was nice and apologetic.

  Employees need an attitude adjustment, if you can’t handle a busy rush and proceed to be rude to customers because of a high volume/high stress situation then maybe you shouldn’t be employed. Not to mention waiting 25 minutes for someone to hand me my order I placed over an hour ago. Give me a break.

  Please, for the love of everything, get new staff or get them trained. They are always running out of food. Barely any food = very small portions. Good staff in the past made a huge difference because this location is ALWAYS hit or miss. Lately (August 2026) there’s always a problem. If you do an online order and they’re out of something they don’t tell you. You discover that it’s wrong by the time you’re gone. I should not have to pay extra for an item that I did not even receive. If you order in person, they don’t have anything ready to be replaced. I’m sorry, I don’t want steak from the bottom of the bin that’s drier than the Sahara if they can even get enough for one scoop. If you ask, you just get a “no” not “we’re working on it, just a [x] amount of wait”. I know it’s busy. They also know it’s busy. I know they don’t want to waste food but being out of everything 2 hours before close with a bunch of people still coming in calls for more food to be made in my opinion. I’d rather burn my money than give it to people who act like I’m inconveniencing them, because at least it would provide me with some warmth.
