  AVOID THIS LOCATION ITS A PLAGUE THE LAST 3 TIMES I ATTEMPTED TO ORDER FROM HERE HAVE BEEN ATROCIOUS- THIS ONE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND FORCED TO START OVER. DISGUSTING PLACE. THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO LOVES CHIPOTLE!!! THIS ONE IS THE WORST.

  You'd think for $4 a taco there might be more than 1 scoop if protein between the 3. I understand why it's for 3.3 stars.

  I’m genuinely amazed this Chipotle location is still open\. Every time I come here, the restaurant looks completely destroyed\. The dining room is consistently a disaster—tables are dirty, the place is a mess, and there are rarely enough chairs available to actually sit down and eat with anyone\. They also somehow NEVER have the vinaigrette they advertise and sell\. At this point, I’ve probably received my order correctly and actually gotten everything I wanted maybe 25% of the times I’ve visited this location\. I understand that restaurants get busy and occasionally run out of things, but when the same problems happen over and over again, it’s clearly more than just a bad day\. The cleanliness, organization, inventory, and overall management of this location seriously need attention\. This is easily one of the most poorly run Chipotle locations I’ve been to\. It’s frustrating because I like Chipotle, but visiting this particular location has become more of a gamble than anything else\. Something seriously needs to change here\.

  Worst chipotle in the 518. Every time I go in there, there’s NO chicken at all. And I get told I’ll have to wait 20-25min each time. ALWAYS IN THE DINNER RUSH!!!! Staff needs to work on their timing and when they cook things. You shouldn’t be cooking chicken that’s enough for only 1 pan and then you use that said pan you’re cooking and I have to “wait for” for catering and then I’m waiting another 20 min. In house customers should be top priority. Don’t do catering orders if you never have the food done on time and then have walk ins waiting. Management needs to do better!!! Alex sucks!

  I’ve been coming here for years, and unfortunately the experience has gradually gotten worse. The only reason we came today was because my son wanted to. The employee with the red/purple hair and the older woman who is usually at the register are consistently rude. Every interaction feels like customers are inconveniencing them or ruining their day. Customer service has really declined. Today there was barely any seating inside because most of the chairs were gone, and the ice machine was out of service. The last time I came in about a month ago, the ice machine wasn’t working then either, so it doesn’t seem to be a temporary issue. I understand everyone has bad days, but if you’re working in customer service, treating people with basic courtesy is part of the job. The customers who come back week after week are the reason businesses stay open. It’s disappointing to feel unwelcome at a place we’ve supported for years.
