  I absolutely love 16 Handles, Rensselaer location! Every visit is such a great experience. The shop is always clean, inviting, and stocked with an amazing selection of ice cream flavors and toppings—there’s truly something for everyone. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and delicious. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the owner, Adam. He is welcoming, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell he takes pride in running the business and making sure everyone leaves happy. If you’re looking for a sweet treat in the area, this spot is a must-visit. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and consistently amazing ice cream—highly recommend!

  SO SO GOOD. Definitely really pricey and it goes by weight. Everything there tasted great. Friendly staff and just overall good.

  We are always greeted when entering the store. We enjoy the variety of flavors and toppings. The store is always immaculate. This is one of my grandkids favorite places to go. We now have a tradition the last day of school when I take the 7 grandkids to lunch and then 16 handles. My granddaughters like to go to lunch and 16 handles when we go birthday shopping. It is a special tradition together
