- BBBBGrl48Aug 8, 20262.0I am posting a review expressing disappointment because normally this place has some of the best chewy thin crust pizzas I’ve ever had, and my family and I have had it multiple times. But yesterday something was completely off. The crust was burnt on the edges and the rest of the pizza was SO THIN and soggy (yes, I know it’s usually on the thinner side, but this was much thinner than normal, practically paper thin) I had trouble picking it up without it flopping over. The sauces and toppings were falling off the dough and it was impossible to hold in my hand. I feel maybe they rushed the prep yesterday and didn’t perfect the dough because in the past the texture and consistency of the dough was perfect- still thin, crispy, but still pliable. This just was not it yesterday sadly and their pizzas aren’t exactly cheap so I felt like I paid and got a mouthful of mediocrity; unless they can ensure this will not happen again I am hesitant to return and will likely just go to Gino’s. I hope they hear this and will improve in the future. I don’t mind waiting for my pizzas, just please get it right and not rush it.
