Exactly what you should expect at pizza hut. Nothing crazy. The stand out is the Queen who works there.

The manager Ehsaas (“Sean”) cares about the customers having as good an experience as he can provide and makes it a priority. Pizza Hit was and is my go to chain pizza and to that end you can’t go wrong ordering from here. A recent corporate promotion was not acknowledged by the company website but a phone call and a visit in store and Ehsaas immediately made the situation right. It’s incredibly easy to view franchise establishments as stuck under a larger company’s thumb, but speaking directly with the people who keep the lights on and the pizzas cooked can remind you that people want what’s right. Ehsaas turned my “I’m not sure if I want Pizza Hut again” into “I’ll absolutely order from you again.”
