For a first time at Panera, I most likely will be put off from all Panera locations if this is the quality of food and service

Not only did our order take half hour to make but everyone who ordered after us got their order. Their excuse was because the were out of bowls and on top of that the girl named Bayla behind the counter gave such a nasty attitude. Nice customer service. Definely has me thinking twice to ever come back. I spoke to the manager but he looked like he cared less then the girl Bayla. So to finish up the experience sucked. If I was the owner I would consider who I have working for me
