  This place has the most ridiculous system for selling ice cream I have ever seen . I waited over 20 minutes on the ice cream counter line to order an ice cream . Then once served the ice creams , I was told to stand on another different once again very long line at the cashier in order to pay while holding two melting ice creams . I won’t be going there again, thus set up and the service was horrible,

  I always pass by this location going to work and order for pickup. Today it's so happened when I got there somebody took my drink by mistake. As he was walking out straw already in the drink probably took a sip, an employee called him back and told him hey sorry that's the wrong drink. He brings it back to the counter And then I watch the employee spoon out the cold foam, throw away the straw add new cold foam and a new cover and try to place it on the receipt not realizing that I'm standing right there and it's my drink. I told him to make a new drink for me and how are you going to give me a drink some one already drank from. Employee also had the audacity to cop an attitude because he got caught. Train your employees better and just be careful ordering from here because you might get a drink that somebody already drank from

  I went early morning to this store coz I’m too excited for the tote bag promo give away whenever u purchase a drink. I arrived at around 9: 20am and when I asked one of their staff about the promotion, she has no idea/clueless but the other worker at the counter told me to just come back they didn’t start yet. After an hour, I came back at around 10:25 am and the guy at the counter which I think is the manager told me that there’s no more tote bag left. I got disappointed because I’m just waiting around the area and I didn’t see anyone holding a tote bag coming out of the store. So, I told the guy( manager) that how did it happened since they don’t start giving any customers and I also told him that they are just holding the bags and not giving that away to customers. I checked that this specific store is participating with the promo. I also found out a day before ( March 21) that some tote bags are selling online thru eBay while the promotion will start only on March 22. After a while he just told me to come back tomorrow , what the hell is going on that you guys advertise the promotion and your staff are not informed about it.
