- RMRobert Modest5 days ago1.0I ordered a chicken bowl. The texture of the rice was off today. It reminded me of mash potatoes. I barely received any chicken, it felt like I was eating a veggie and bean bowl. Not sure if I would try to this location again. I should’ve known something was up, when at lunch time on a Friday their was barely no customers. Avoid this location.
- HNhouda najibMay 4, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this Chipotle Mexican Grill location regularly, and unfortunately the portion sizes have been getting noticeably smaller over time. What used to feel like a full, satisfying bowl or burrito now feels skimpy, even when ordering the same items. It’s frustrating because the prices haven’t gone down,so the value just isn’t there anymore. I’ve also noticed inconsistency depending on who’s serving, which shouldn’t be the case for a chain that’s supposed to have standard portions. If this continues, it’s hard to justify coming back. Management needs to address this and enforce consistent, fair portions, because right now the value simply isn’t there.

Secondly, i’m standing there waiting so long for my order to be taken, their making all their online orders which is fine of course, but finally when their ready to take my order, they’ve been filling all this online orders with double scoops of chicken, they completely ran out. Like come on let’s be fair, I been standing here waiting mad long to order and I can’t even get what I want because youre giving all these online orders double scoops of chicken. Not only that, but when I asked if they had more, the girl rolled her eyes like i’m legit asking you a question, what’s with the attitude.Be for real. Cherry on top, I asked them to use their bathroom, they gonna tell me no. What even is the point of having a bathroom if your customers can’t even use it. Terrible customer service 0/10 recommend.
