  Our favorite restaurant in the Hudson Valley. We visit at least twice per month. The food is exquisite. We have never been disappointed. The sauces are especially wonderful. The owner/chef is truly talented and creative.

  Delicious food. One special was short ribs of beef and I hope to have it again. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. The kitchen is open and you can stop and speak with the chef if you like. (I like to). Some of the food is cooked to order so it may take a while. The chef took over from the previous owner of a while ago, maybe 2 or 3 years ago. I wouldn't give credence to reviews that were before that time. The former owner was not a pleasant person, and after dining there once I was not planning on going back.

  We really enjoy this restaurant. The food is fantastic, the menu is updated regularly, and the specials are very good.
