  Best taco bell ive been to. Ive been several times, the employees here have COMMON SENSE unlike any other fast food restaurant. The owner comped us food because the card readers were down. 1.8 stars is not correct this one is fire to go to.

  Over the past year hoped to see if the environment would improve at the Dix Ave location. I am disappointed to say it has not. The worst part is the staff mgmt has changed but not for the better. Usually we dine in so our food is not cold before we get home and it's a very unpleasant experience. The "manager" on duty is a 21 year old, as she announced it to everyone. She is very unprofessional and clearly has had no guidance. She spoke very loud (almost shouting) at the other employees as did some of the other staff. It was very uncomfortable. This is common practice at this location always yelling and making it uncomfortable for patrons. She shouted out some things about checking trash which no one did then someone finally shushed her. Unfortunately it did not help. With all these terrible Google reviews I see no change at this location.

  I want to start out by saying that I am a door Dasher and a frequent customer, I have been coming to his Taco Bell since it opened! They are constantly late with orders taking upwards of 35- 40 minutes, I have had dashers come in after me for people who have ordered after my clients and been served first. They constantly ignore you at front counter and act as if though you do not exist, I have also waited upwards of 20 to 30 minutes to just ORDER food, and when you order I asked for extra seasoning on my nacho fries and got to listen to them complain about how they COULDNT charge me extra for the two second of work it takes to shake the shaker. Besides about 3 people they are rude and do not care about you or your experience. I would avoid st almost all costs unless you are desperate

  This specific location always has very slow service. Half the time I go the tables need to be cleaned before sitting down. Pretty often messes something up with the order.

  This Taco Bell is the absolute worst taco bell in the area. They place no customer service on the front counter. Orders are a minimum 15 min wait every time. The staff is slow and disoriented and they pull the food order very slowly. The manager is rude. Staff is sloppy and wears whatever they want. They push drive through as a priority over the front counter and will stand in the back laughing and talking while customers are waiting for their orders. Worst Taco Bell in the area. Stay away from this place at all cost!
