- CSCheryl SeilerJun 18, 20261.0I love the pharmacy and all of the staff but Burt sucks. I like the other format better you only had to hit numbers and if you didn’t answer right away it remembered unlike Burt who you actually have to text words to. Sometimes he doesn’t even work in time to get the prescriptions in time and then other times he’s 2 weeks ahead.

When I called Kinney Drugs the woman that answered was extremely aggravated and told me that they did not honor GoodRx pricing and that she wished they'd remove them from the website. Not my fault. I asked that my prescription be forwarded to my regular pharmacy. A week later they still had not done so. I had to have my regular pharmacy get the prescription from Kinney. This pharmacy has very limited days and hours of operation and do not honor the nation's leading discount drug program, GoodRx, and they did not forward my prescription as they said they would. I have no use for them.

The individual mentioned below is no longer there and I'm happy to change my scoring as the following post was only to warn others. Previous to the individual mentioned I had never experienced a bad day there. Great people for sure!!!! Previous post 4/16/23 "I'm only giving this place 1 star because there is a blond who works there who is completely rude. She cuts you off when you're speaking and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that the transaction is over. It's surreal...." No longer an issue!!
