  Pretty bad yellow jacket problem at this location, they are all over when you pick up your drink. I ended up sucking up with my straw one while having my iced latte. Definitely something to be aware of if you are allergic! I tried contacting the store just to let them know and could only get in contact with the corporate number and leave a voicemail 🙄 Very disappointing because my latte was great before that happened!

  Drive through is Fast, attentive and fresh. I ordered a medium hot cappuccino with coconut milk. I just saw on the recap it said whole milk too which was weird. The only thing I'd say is check your coffee tops for being secured. Mine didn’t fit at all but the worker gave it to me with a hand on the top. I drank it fast so I ditched the top.

  I have never been to a 7 brew and was in the area so decided to check it out. I thought it was an interesting/ cool concept that it was drive-thru only and that there was music playing while they took your order from outside. The lines moved fairly quickly, everyone was friendly, and the drinks were all made how we asked. I would go again.

  I noticed a hold up in the line and when I looked in front of me I see a reunion in the drive thru with a 7brew employee on lane and someone in a car getting out and taking more than a few minutes to catch up while the line continued to grow, then I came across this video of that exact interaction through a TikTok video, which happened to catch a glimpse of the employees face. I would say I waited at least 10 minutes to receive my drink order after placing my order (nor was I toward the end of the line when I placed said order)

  Unorganized circus ! I get a fun work environment but today was nuts . I only pulled in because it was quiet at the time. One girl was taking orders and all three cars were in the same lane and I was the third . Then a car pulls into the inside lane and she went to take that order and a new car behind . I was ignored so I drove ahead planning to leave but the kid at the register took my order . As I was mid sentence talking to him a song comes on and he walks away making a big deal with his co-workers about the music . Not impressed with the service whatsoever and the coffee wasn't worth the $6 in my opinion. Not impressed. I'll stick with the local shops and not a chain.
