  I had a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and had a really positive vibe from the moment I walked in. Ashley provided exceptional customer service—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great food and even better service.   The food was delicious and made fresh and the staff was so friendly and attentive. My son who has autism loves to talk to people and he was so happy to show off his hulk toy and the staff was so friendly and patient with him. I will definitely come back here again. The place was also very clean.

  I had ordered the kids meal for my daughter and truffle mushroom smash for me, truffle mushroom smash was delicious except they were a little salty on some area , same as the chicken strip which was super salty and the fries tasted old . I have tried smash burger in long island and they were just right and fresh.

  The food wa great I got their new burger double Pickle stack smash service wasn’t enthusiastic but wasn’t bad wasn’t rude and they waved bye to me! And for atmosphere I don’t really know what to put. And their scorching fries are spicy and good! Would loooooovvvveeeee to come here again!

  The first time I had Smashburger was at the Downtown Brooklyn location sometime last year, and I was disappointed when it closed. After working some overtime engaging with the unhoused community, I happened to spot another Smashburger and decided to stop in. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my order was taken right away. The food was made fresh and tasted just as amazing as I remembered. The drinks were so good that I had a hard time deciding which one to get! Smashburger never disappoints. My only question is: why did you leave Brooklyn, and when are you coming back? Brooklyn definitely needs a Smashburger again!
