  I'm so glad I visited this location! My son and I were having trouble placing my order online and using my rewards, but Mario went above and beyond to help. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and took the time to walk us through the ordering process until everything was sorted out. His excellent customer service made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you again, Mario, for your kindness and outstanding support!

  The last few years I’ve come into Krispy Kreme, I’ve loved the workers and the doughnuts. As of lately I’ve been disappointed. And will no longer be returning. Some of the new staff is disgusting and don’t belong in customer service whatsoever. The male worker in the morning has a disgusting attitude. What’s the point of you coming to work in the morning to be nasty? This is the same worker that I saw leave the store just to throw donuts on an elderly mans head. There’s a possibility that man could have been in the wrong and/or rude to the employee, however, the fact that this employee thought it was okay to follow a man to his car and throw doughnuts on him was the best way to handle things was appalling and disgusting, especially in customer service. I was more appalled when this happened because I just saw that same worker throw someone’s belongings out of the store a few weeks prior to him throwing donuts on an elderly man’s head. They clearly do not care about who they hire as long as you have someone behind the counter. A store like that is one I won’t be returning to anymore because you clearly don’t understand that it’s not just about the food but the service as well.

  Nice staff but the donuts are very dry. They also don't participate under usual Krispy Kreme benefits for students which is confusing. It's a chain store, why would this location be any different.

  I have to say not only the donuts are fresh and amazing but the one thing that stood out to me that I continue to go there on my visit into Astoria is the staff I often see Jaden and another gentleman that I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name but they always are so welcoming I guess cause they see me continuously go back on my visit there. It’s almost like I know them forever and I really appreciate Just how they make the place warming with smiles and always greet and also as you leave it’s always like you know. Have a great day you know and see you on my next visit. It’s very Rare like I said something that New York City needs back again . Very informative of the Flavors I just simply adore them. Thank you, Krispy Kreme for keeping things sweet! Great staff great donuts 💯❤️

  The food isn’t fresh here and a worker here told me that let me know how you can tell if the donuts are fresh or not. if you squeeze the doughnut and it’s gentle, that means its a “same day” donut. However, if you squeeze it and it’s hard, that means that it was from the day before or two days prior to the day you’re ordering the donut. They advertise fresh donuts and they aren’t fresh. Either make them fresh or stop promoting that they are fresh
