Zero stars if I was able to!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I pre-ordered and fully paid for a cake several days in advance for my son’s 16th birthday, expecting everything to be taken care of for such an important occasion. When I arrived on the scheduled pickup day, I was told there was no record of my order at all.
Not only did they fail to have the cake ready, but they also made no effort to fix the situation. I wasn’t offered a replacement, a refund on the spot, or any kind of solution or apology that showed accountability. I was simply left scrambling at the last minute, without a cake for my son’s birthday.
This was more than just an inconvenience—it completely disrupted a special milestone celebration. When customers plan ahead and pay in advance, the expectation is reliability and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of both.
To top it off, They spelled happy birthday incorrect and show zero remorse for my situation.
I will be contacting corporate tomorrow, letting them know about the issues they caused me on my son's birthday for his party...
I would not recommend relying on this business for important events or just anything in general.

Very friendly staff, and they had pineapple coconut. And there’s this new flavor called brownie a la mode that was really good

Customer service: the lady at the counter was very polite and kind. Asked me if I needed water, or any additional things.
Parking: there’s a free parking lot in the back of the store.

It looks like this place is under new management, and the entire staff has been replaced. I noticed several issues: first, multiple ice cream tubs were left out on the counter instead of being kept in the freezer. Second, the employee wasn’t wearing gloves and was gripping the scoop with her thumb touching the ice cream. Finally, the scoop wasn't being rinsed, leading to cross-contamination between flavors in the tubs.

This location messed up TWO ice cream cakes in a row!
We pre-ordered an ice cream cake for my sister’s birthday, picked up the cake and drove 10min home to find the top of the cake melted. We buy an ice cream cake every year for her birthday and this has never happened. The store told us to come back and we’d get a new cake. They didn’t have the specific flavors that we requested so we agreed to do a pick up the next day at a later time. Next day, we go to pick up the cake and we were told that it was still being prepared and to come back in half an hour. We came back an hour later, got home, and found an ever worse, melted, disappointing SOUP...
The employee kept telling us it was due to the weather, but we were in an air conditioned car and again, live 10 minutes away. He said only one person in the store knows how to make cakes. Clearly, that person doesn’t know how to either.. My family has been customers at this store for years and it’s very unfortunate we had to pay $60 to have a melted cake and a disappointed birthday kid.
