I ordered a cake in advance for my granddaughters birthday. Asked for the cookie crumble in the middle. Picked up the cake thought everything was good. We cut the cake there was no cookie crumble in the middle. Very disappointing. I called spoke to the manager and she was apologetic offered me a free sundae or credit off my next purchase. I bought a little cake yesterday, just because and the staff did honor the discount with $11 off the purchase. I do have advice reading the reviews if you don’t know how to get the cake orders right, then don’t sell it. The cakes are VERY expensive. The prior owners got everyone of my cakes on the past correct. 5 kids and 2 grandkids it’s our tradition to get these cakes for birthdays and holidays. I will give them another chance, if I’m disappointed again.. I will make my way to the Floral Park location.
