  From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain all the flavors and even offered me samples so I could choose with confidence. Delicious ice cream and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

  I had a wonderful experience at Häagen-Dazs! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire shop was. The store was spotless, the seating area was tidy, and everything looked organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. What truly made my visit special was the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. They greeted every customer with a smile, answered questions patiently, and made sure everyone felt valued. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight of my visit was the cake—it was absolutely marvelous! It was fresh, beautifully decorated, rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Every bite tasted premium, and it was the perfect dessert for celebrating a special occasion. You can truly tell they take pride in the quality of their products. Overall, Häagen-Dazs exceeded my expectations with its exceptional cleanliness, amazing staff, outstanding customer service, and delicious cake. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a sweet treat or a special celebration cake. I'll definitely be coming back again!

  Very disappointed with my experience. The scoop I received was unbelievably small—more like half a scoop than an actual serving ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️Considering the premium prices Häagen-Dazs charges, I expected a full scoop, not barely any ice cream. Under the previous owners, the portions were always generous and consistent, so it’s disappointing to see such a noticeable decline. I hope management addresses this and starts serving customers the proper portion again.
