  I was waiting in line for my order, but after waiting quite a while, everyone behind me received their orders before I did. I asked about my order, and they told me it was still being prepared, which made no sense since people who ordered after me had already gotten theirs. While I was trying to ask about my order, the employees kept making online orders even though I was standing there as the only customer who still hadn’t received their order. I had to catch my train, so I ended up leaving without my drink. Even the cashier asked if I had received my order, and I said no before leaving because I was about to miss my train. He knew I had been waiting for a long time. The service was very disappointing. Honestly, I don’t think they even deserve one star.

  i ordered a white cheddar bagel twist, and it took five minutes of me waiting for them to tell me they gave it to another customer because their item went out of stock (without the employees checking stock while taking the order) and replaced it with my item (which was also the last in stock). drink was good though! the employee who took my order and made my drink was very kind about the situation, the man (seems like the manager) was annoyed at me and got distracted mid refund process and it took another five minutes.

  내가 갔을 땐 아직 오픈 전이었다. 70년대 생으로서 뉴욕과 도쿄의 감성 넘치는 철교 아래 있는 식당들은 무조건 옳다.
