  La atención es muy mala ese supuesto Managger es un grosero, no se si era el Managger creo que se llama Jaime, tiene acento Venezolano, a ese lugar no vuelvo, yo en ningún momento fui grosera para que el se comportara de esta manera, yo iba con mi bebé de meses y realicé una compra grande de casi 400 dólares, y ese señor empezó a regañar a la cajera, la chica embarazada no tiene nada de empatía con su compañera de trabajo, ella simplemente estaba atendiendo, según por qué había mucha fila y las demás cajeras con una sola persona y detrás mío solo había un muchacho con un solo artículo, y empezó a tirarme mis cosas en el carro y sacándome, yo la verdad no devolví todo porque ya había pasado la tarjeta, no tuvo ni empatía de que iba con mi bebé en el coche, la verdad ahora entiendo porque mantiene desocupado, que grosero lástima que tengan personas así, me parece muy bueno el lugar Supermarket porque tiene bastantes artículos pero con una persona así no dan ganas de volver.

  Extremely disappointed. Employees were rude and made me feel uncomfortable while shopping. Customer service needs serious improvement. I won’t be coming back. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this supermarket. The way I was treated by some of the employees was unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt unfairly judged and made to feel uncomfortable while shopping. Instead of approaching the situation with courtesy and professionalism, the employees’ behavior left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. I have always believed customers should be treated with respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I understand that staff members have responsibilities, but there is a right way to communicate with customers. I hope management takes customer service concerns seriously and provides better training to prevent others from having a similar experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.

  The lations cashier are great but the american ones are mean

  They seriously need to improve their quality control—selling expired and moldy food is unacceptable. On top of that, the employees aren’t very friendly and the aisles are uncomfortably small. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless it’s your absolute last option.
