  Kind of messy, self serv area was a mess, everything thrown around... walked about 5 blocks home and sat to eat right away August 10th, its hot out, food was cold😏 workers were polite

  I walked in August 8 at 8:20 pm and felt unwelcome especially by a black lady I think she’s the manager by the way she’s treating the workers cashier was nice but the black lady have bad attitude and rude

  I seriously wonder how Chipotle Corporation still allows this location to operate. The staff, the way it's managed, the atmosphere, and the overall customer experience seem completely at odds with what I believe Chipotle stands for. Instead of being welcoming, the environment feels rude and uninviting. There was a sign saying they weren't serving bowls. I could clearly see bowls in front of me, so I politely asked, "Can I please get a bowl?" The employee behind the counter replied, "We're not selling bowls because we don't have lids." I responded, "That's okay. I'm eating here, so I don't need a lid." At that point, the manager abruptly stepped in and, in a very rude tone, said, "We're only selling burritos or tacos." I was honestly shocked. This was the first time in my life that I have ever walked into a Chipotle and left without buying anything. I genuinely enjoy eating at Chipotle and have always been happy to spend my money there. But this location made me feel so unwelcome that I chose to leave instead. That's what makes this experience so disappointing. It wasn't the lack of lids, it was the way the situation was handled. A simple conversation and a willingness to help could have kept a loyal customer. Instead, I walked out feeling like my business wasn't wanted.

  Are you serious… I walked in and said i would like a bowl and she said no… i saw the bowl and i just try this new location and i got answers with just “no bowl” nothing else so i asked why and she said “ i said no bowl, you want tortilla quesadilla or tacos no bowl” and i just said its okey thank you and when i left i told my self let me order online and see… you telling no and im walked out to order delivery to be waiting in the car outside to the point the delivery guy was confused why not pick up i felt so bad in the rain… I don’t know what’s wrong but hopefully they fix the issue…

  Bad attitude… if you don’t have something, it’s good if you say I’m sorry we sold out… but instead I got a straight “no” with no why… I thought it was joke so I repeated it and she said “I told you no we don’t have it” the crazy part is I could see it. I didn’t say anything else. I just walked out. If you don’t want people to walk in and order. I understand, but I disrespect I got. Seems like she doesn’t wanna be there. I hope chipotle fixes this. I walked 10 blocks. To check out this new place and I got no service. I was so disappointed….
