I didn’t want that. The fact that they were scraping “the bottom of the barrel “ to give my kid enough rice , gave me the ick . We decided to walk away. No body told me sorry or if you wait this amount of time we will have. Nothing. They just said . Do you want it or not. No thanks keep your crispy rice . And the beef that was so burnt the cow was dead 2 weeks ago and then kicked roasted and then served . We avoid this location completely

However, I think thr system was backed up and it wasn't letting me place the order or pay so I just went in person to do it. When I got there in person, the only proteins that they had were tofu and pork, everything else was going to take 15 minutes. I ended up switching proteins from chicken to pork which was fine, but I had also tried to place an order for a large quesadilla but since it didn't let me pay online, they would only let me order a children's size quesadilla, which is really tiny. The chips and guacamole were very underseasoned at this location as well. Overall, not the best experience I've had at a Chipotle and I just felt like they weren't willing to work with me even though their own website wasn't working.
