- LLLeslieMar 28, 20261.0Came here on 3/13/26 between 3-4pm. There was an older African American lady, EXTREMELY rude with no patience. I told her I wanted brown rice, she was multitasking and said there was no brown rice, I didn’t hear her since she was multitasking. I repeated myself and she screamed at me saying she was listening and rushed me with an attitude. I asked why she gave me an attitude when I was only trying to order food. She threw my bowl on the side and moved onto the next customer. I stood there waiting for someone to help, when another younger lady came to help, she pushed her away (workplace bully, I felt bad for the other lady), and told me to get out of her face (as a customer). I was stunned. Why did they hire someone like that? And how did they train their employees? It was my first time being so disrespected at a restaurant. I used to go there very frequently and I’ve also been a true Chipotle fan, but now I’m never going back. This place was better but it’s getting worse and worse which is unfortunate.
