  Worst experience ever. Food was decent but we sat at the bar and male bartender didn't clean thr bar of dirty plates, glosses and used napkins. Had to use the QR code to order and pay and then tells you an automatic 20% tip will be added if you don't close it out. Had to ask him to close tab and said it would close automatically, told him I don't mind tipping but no way was going to tip him 20% when I had to clear the previous meas. Many customers seemed agitated by the same terrible experience. Stay far away from this airport location.

  Feels like a scam. Cold wings, not fully covered in sauce. Difficult to use payment system not quite sure if you closed your tab when you leave and they want to charge an automatic big tip if you don't.

  Rude customer service and overpriced. Got our order wrong too which was very basic… Couldn’t get any of the normal deals you’d get at BWW. Actual food was cold and the lady policing the To Go counter was unfriendly and clearly didn’t want to be there, let alone be helpful. Never ever EVER going to BWW again, which is unfortunate as it used to be a favorite of ours. Very bad representation of BWW and should be shut down honestly.

  Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings at JFK Terminal 4 before a flight and was disappointed with the service. The place wasn’t busy, yet our order was taken but never brought out until we had to remind the waitress. She apologized, but in an airport setting where time is limited, this shouldn’t happen. The payment process was also frustrating — the terminal suggested a tip of around $10.5, and when I tried to enter a custom amount, the “other amount” option kept resetting back to the preset choices. I ended up selecting “no tip” on the terminal and left $5 in cash instead. The waitress’s reaction was disappointing — she didn’t take the cash tip, walked away without saying anything, and didn’t even acknowledge us. Overall, not the level of service you’d expect. Hopefully this is something they can improve.
