- DRDavid RamMay 10, 20261.0This mcdonalds definitely has a problem, no utensils for pancakes, one syrup for two orders pancake and one hash brown for two orders with hash brown. Wait time is long and I see most customer leave unhappy. They need to improve their service and honesty in providing what they have ordered. And this is no the first time it has happened.

Not a people person. Should not be working in public, nor food services. She takes things to personal level, holds and display malice, and prejudice. Can't make a cup of coffee to order, nor take a clear order, or just wanted to make it terrible for me, since I call her out on her mistakes??? Hard to believe you walk into a food place only to have someone there trying to make your experience so terrible! How did she get the job? I wonder is she treat kids that way too??? After she made a poor coffee, ( not the way I ordered) and I brought it to her attention, she started to make a mess of my order every time I go there after. The past 3-4 times. (on purpose, with a conning grin). How to trust someone like this, to make your food? Who wants to go and buy food, and experience that??? This type of behavior is no good anywhere. She's getting paid to make a mess of customers orders! + poor customer service. What a joke... She needs alot of training, not only in customer service, also on how to do the job as well! Where is Customer service these days. Who wants to pay for this kind of service? Hope the other employees don't follow, nor act like her. Cause she's a poor example!
