It’s been consistent enough that I’ve formed this opinion based on repeated experiences. Every time I’ve gone through the drive-thru, the associate simply says, “What can I get you?”—without a greeting like “Good morning,” “Good afternoon,” or “Welcome to Dunkin,” etc. first time I was like okay maybe the person is having an off day…but after repeated times and different members of their team it is something that’s stands out.
