  Tiffani K helped me today. I've been to this location 3 times and every time her demeanor is professional, courteous, kind, and upbeat. She's also very unique as every conversation she has is different every time and is somehow meaningful in such a short time. I can't quite explain it, but she's unique in a positive way. I think she belongs higher up than just the store manager. I think the company can use someone like her up at the corporate level. Today I had an experience with her that I think she felt awkward about but it was new to me and I appreciated the effort. When she brought out the food she put it on the table described it in a unique way and then put my fountain soda on my tray that was sitting on the table. I paused, thought about it and said that's actually a nice touch to myself. As she was walking away she apologized for doing it probably based off my reaction but she didn't need to. I'm sure people would view something like that in many different ways, but I viewed it as trying to give the customer the most genuine service experience possible. Received another compliment from a customer sitting at a table and I overheard her say that she strives to be the best and she tries to be the best store on Long Island. Again, I think someone like her belongs higher up in the company. Hopefully when they open a location in my area she'll wind up being the manager there. Thank you to Tiffani!

  It took an entire hour for one chicken sandwich and medium fries to ready for pick up. You’re not fine dining neither are you a course meal restaurant, fast food is what you are, you need to learn to prioritize time especially the time of your paying customers. McDonald’s is Nextdoor and Wendy’s right across the street, I guess I made the terrible decision wanting your chicken filet.. my last time ever spending my money with a such a time wasting fast food place like u.

  Quick service. Line looks long but they are surprising efficient with a mobile thru order. They always get the sauces right.

  By far the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to on Long Island. I was in the area visiting a friend and needed a quick bite before heading back to the hospital, everything was on point. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the portions were actually generous (not like my local ones 👀). I think the manager handed me my order, she was so friendly and engaging (great vibes). If I lived closer, they’d be getting my money every week. Definitely bookmarked this location!
