  Every time I Pull up to the drive thru I’m always waiting 5-10 minutes before someone answers doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not. Anyone even work at this location anymore?

  Wish I could highlight the no lettuce but I guess it’s easier to put more then less 🤷🏻‍♂️ the people at the front where amazing just lost me when you put more then the order says

  I really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt because I understand places can be understaffed or having a rough shift. However, this has happened more than once, so I feel it’s important to say something. During my most recent visit, I sat at the drive-through speaker for over 10 minutes. I even said “hello” a few times just to make sure the system was working, but no one responded. Eventually, I had to drive around to the window and let them know I had placed a mobile order. After that whole delay and confusion, my order was still incorrect. I completely understand that staffing issues and busy times happen, but consistent lack of communication and incorrect orders are frustrating, especially when ordering ahead for convenience. I hope management can address these issues so future customers have a better experience.
