  For two visits in a row, I have placed a “to go” order and then went and stood by the “to go” pickup area, only to be completely ignored. In both cases I had to leave the “to go” area to find someone to help me because my food never came out. On the second occasion, the person who helped me told me that I needed to be waiting in the “to go” area and I was in the wrong spot. I said I had just been standing in the “to go” area for 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment. She was apologetic and said she would talk to the staff, but the whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way.

  Every person working here seems to have the worst attitude ever. I’m not saying you have to go above and beyond when it comes to service, but at the very least show some respect. I went into to order food and clearly said “Half sandwich Chicken Bacon Rancher.” The order rang up to be over $14 which I knew was too high for half a sandwich. When I kindly asked why it was $14 for half, the girl serving me said “You didn’t say you wanted a half sandwich.” Once again, I specifically stated that. Why not simply say that you didn’t hear me say that and correct it? There was absolutely no reason to give such a nasty attitude to a customer who is being kind to you. If you can’t come to work and at least fake being in a good mood, this is the wrong job for you. Didn’t catch her name but she had dyed hair that was a mix of dark red and purple.

  Stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to come over to front service area. Everyone was in the front but to the back of the store , not even the manager looked our way. I ordered the potato soup , which the potatoes were grainy and barley any bacon in it. We also ordered half sandwiche and soup and they served it in two separate plates instead of one . The sandwiche was falling apart.

  I am not happy. I placed a GrubHub order and they forgot my dessert. This is unacceptable!
