- JCJohn CianfloneJun 3, 20261.0I had a Dr. appoinment in the same Plaza as this McDonald's. It is less than 1,000' away. I had 20 minutes before the appoinment and decided to get something from the drive thu. I ordered then pulled around the corner to find 4 cars ahead of me. That is usually no problem. There was a car at the pick-up window sitting there for literally 7-8 minutes. Now I saw 3 cars behind me. Normally when the food is not ready they ask you to go wait in on of the reserved spaces. Well, they missed that memo. After 12 miutes I had to pull out of the line to make it to the Doctor. Your manager is asleep at the wheel! If I stayed on that line I would have been late to the appoinment. The line was still backed up as I walked into the office.

Two of three items were incorrect. they actually gave me the ingredients to fix it myself instead taking the time to make it right. I did not, as I do not want to make a sandwich in my car lol - eventually they got there. Accuracy is important. I like to get what I actually ordered.

The 2 mgrs I spoke to didnt seem to care much and have been stalking me it seemed, trying to block me from making a report for the past 2 days. I wont be discouraged w these losers and will have be in contact with their corporate.
