Extremely disappointing service — every single time. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location, the customer service is consistently horrific. The employees seem more interested in joking around and carrying on their personal conversations than acknowledging or assisting customers. People walk in, stand waiting to be helped, and employees will make eye contact yet continue their conversations as if customers aren’t even there. My advice? Save yourself the frustration and use the drive-through, as the service seems somewhat faster that way. There is a serious lack of customer service, professionalism, and basic awareness of what it means to serve customers. What’s even more disappointing is that there are other McDonald’s locations in the area that offer fresher-tasting food, considerably better service, and employees who actually seem to care about the customer experience. McDonald’s is a recognizable brand, but the people representing that brand at this location are falling far short of the mark. Management needs to take a closer look at what’s happening here because customers deserve much better.

Put in a mobile order. They said they could see the order but couldn't make it because the GPS didnt say I was standing right in front of them showing them the order number. What a complete joke.

Just a typical McDonalds. We stopped in for breakfast and a coffee. Service was fast and we ate inside
