Tonight I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured last time was just bad luck but it happened again. Their drinks are more expensive than other locations in the area and a lesser quality. Never again.

I had 20 minutes before the appoinment and decided to get something from the drive thu. I ordered then pulled around the corner to find 4 cars ahead of me. That is usually no problem. There was a car at the pick-up window sitting there for literally 7-8 minutes. Now I saw 3 cars behind me. Normally when the food is not ready they ask you to go wait in on of the reserved spaces. Well, they missed that memo. After 12 miutes I had to pull out of the line to make it to the Doctor. Your manager is asleep at the wheel! If I stayed on that line I would have been late to the appoinment. The line was still backed up as I walked into the office.

Two of three items were incorrect. they actually gave me the ingredients to fix it myself instead taking the time to make it right. I did not, as I do not want to make a sandwich in my car lol - eventually they got there. Accuracy is important. I like to get what I actually ordered.
