  I used to go out of my way to visit this Dunkin’ even though there are closer locations, because the service was good at first. Unfortunately, that changed over time. On my last visit, the drive-thru experience felt off. The intercom audio was very low, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I got to the window, it seemed like the employee was distracted and not fully engaged, which made the interaction feel rushed and careless. The coffee itself is consistent, as expected from Dunkin’, but customer service makes a big difference, and that’s what ultimately turned me away from this location. There are other Dunkin’ spots nearby, and I’ve chosen to go elsewhere because of the service here.

  I haven’t been to this Dunkin in a while and decided to come back on Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised by the young man at the window. He was very helpful in describing different items and what they include. I believe it was Aidan, not sure. Excellent service.

  Close before 9. At 630 inside was closed because too much for one person I did overnight there back in the day and we didn't close anything.

  This has got to be the worse DD I’ve ever been to. Ordered 2 avocado toast and hash browns, the hash browns had 6 pieces in each bag and the avocado toast tasted like old bread not to mention the customer service was horrible, I had a problem in the past at this location and figured since the staff was changed maybe it would be better, I was wrong, also Manager will not get back to you, tired of leaving messages to express my concerns. I highly recommend you choose a different DD don’t waste your hard earned money at this establishment.
