  2 orders I got this week both missing stuff and just horrible. Service is terrible as well. The first one was supposed to be double steak and extra lettuce, and they forgot my queso. The second one was a quesadilla they told me they accidentally made it wrong and asked me if I would like it remade. I said yes and then they made it with no cheese.

  This place is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. There was food scattered all over the food bar. I understand that they may get busy, but they could at least clean up a little. The berry “agua fresca” was empty so I kindly asked if they could refill it. I was told to wait a few mins, 10 mins passed and I asked again, the male at the register gave me an attitude saying he was busy and I needed to wait. He then asked the lady who was doing the online orders and they both ignored my request. By that time my food was already cold so I asked for a refund just for the drink, they took the same amount of time they could have taken to refill the “agua fresca” yet, they didn’t want to refill it for me. It’s sad because people go in there to enjoy the food and forget about life and yet, you get treated like this.

  Although the food was freshly cooked and tasted pretty decent for Chipotle, the service & cashier were very underwhelming. Was charged extra $ with no explanation. When I asked was told "that's what we do. That's how it is". Ice machine not working-soda was very warm. Had to ask for ice for drink which was clearly a problem!!! The bathrooms were clean though, so that was nice. 😕 I love chipotle but will NOT be back to this location.

  I understand they were likely busy because it was move in day for Marist University, but this facility was an absolute disaster when we arrived. The tables outside the facility were all dirty and the outside garbage bins were overflowing. All of the the tables inside were dirty and a mess, I was grateful we had ordered pickup because I would not have felt comfortable sitting at any of the tables inside the facility. There was no ice available for the fountain soda dispenser. All of the 4 drink dispensers containing signature drinks (lemonades and similar drinks) were all empty. There are no napkins or cutlery available where customers would normally take them from, and even if there had been we would not have used them because the area where you would get your beverages and cutlery/napkins was a disgusting mess. The drink/condiment area had food smeared everywhere around it, soda spilled everywhere across the counter, and no condiments. The inside trash bins were also overflowing, and this is likely why most of the tables had garbage on them because there is no way other customers could have cleaned their mess without making the trash bins overflow even more. We had ordered our food with the app, and it's probably a good thing we did. Had we walked in and seen the state of the facility before we had ordered our food I am confident we would have walked right out.

  I got the steak bowl with guac and it was awesome. Generous portion and the guac was fresh.
