  Had reward coupons finally decided to redeem them and was told that they were too old and could no longer be used. Even though I got them from the location and was told to use them app. How will the app see my rewards if I’ve never used the app before and I have the rewards physically in my hand. Definitely made me feel like I wasted my time and money over the years if I can’t redeem the value of my consistent loyalty to said food establishment.

  Specifically asked for extra seasoning on my cheesesteaks. Heard the cashier repeat it to the chef and it was extremely bland. Cheese fries were cold. I’m pregnant and crave certain things made certain ways. Won’t be eating here again.

  Great subs,never had a bad sandwich, wish they had more locations,this one is on a large enclosed mall please management,open one outside of this mall,we visit here to do shopping, and always eat hete,.cannot name any other vendor that's rates high ly
