- DMDanielle MaggioMay 13, 20261.0Joselle was absolutely horrible to my sister when she was asking about her food allergies. This is something in the food industry that needs extra training. Disappointing that instead of reassuring their customers that their allergies are being taken seriously, their staff was rude and dismissive over it. Please take this as a lesson to provide better training to your people and please get rid of people like Joselle if they choose to not care about our family with allergies. They don’t belong working in the food industry.

Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. She kept a cold expression the entire time and didn’t smile at all. Even when I was clearly ready to order and called for her, I still had to wait a long time before she came to the register. The whole process felt unnecessarily slow and very unfriendly. When I was placing my order, she showed clear impatience, spoke in a dismissive tone, and made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, the service was surprisingly slow despite it not being extremely busy at the time. What shocked me the most was that she even asked me for a tip, which felt completely inappropriate given her attitude and the level of service provided. Overall, the attitude was unbelievably bad. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will definitely not be coming back again.

It was made not only in a timely manner, but just the way we ordered it. It came out hot and fresh. The tables, condiment and drink area, and the whole restaurant was clean and well kept as well. I am definitely coming back here!
