  RACIST !!!!!!!!My MOTHER WENT THERE 8/31/26 AT 11:26 AND WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE. THE OLD WHITE MAN IN THE STORE WORKING WITH 2 YOUNG PEOPLE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO MY MOTHER AS SHE STOOD THERE AND WAITED FOR CHIPS AND GUAC. A WHITE MALE WALKED IN AND HE POSITIVELY GREETED HIM OFFERING IMMEDIATE SERVICE. MY MOTHERS VOICE IS MESSED UP AND HE CONTINUOUSLY TAUNTED HER STATING THAT HE CANT HEAR HER AS A RESPONSE TO HOW SHE SOUNT. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PEOPLE HAS BEEN THRU SO TO BE MISTREATED BY THE OLDEST STAFF MEMBER ON SHIFT WAS VERY DISHEARTENING TO HEAR WHILE BEING ON THE OTHER END OF HER PHONE. NEGATIVE ZERROOOOOOSSS ACROSS THE BOARD.

  Soooo where do I start... I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I'm more upset every time I leave this place. Let's start with the staff. Although there is a couple of them that are really nice, most of them are extremely lazy. No one wants to work the line. There's usually one person working the line even if it's going out of the door. Some of them are extremely rude. When then server couldn't hear my wife, his response to her was WHAT... he was throwing food into our bowl before we can even tell him what we wanted. Not to mention, I've noticed that the portions were better when someone showed up that they were cool with. I was given a half scoop of rice, then he spread it out with the spoon to make it seem like it was a lot. A quarter scoop of chicken, when I asked for more chicken, his response was soooooo you want a double. No, I'd respectfully like a full scoop of chicken. So he added 2 small pieces and moved on. By the time we were done, it cost me around $30 and I only had rice, chicken cheese and lettuce that were soggy. No one is in charge of keeping this place sanitary. There's food all over the place and cross contamination happening every time I come there. It's unfortunate because this place is in a great location. If the owner doesn't get a hold of these teenager's, he's going to lose a lot of consistent and loyal customers. I probably won't be back. Based on every experience I've had with this place, I wouldn't even give it 1 star if that was an option.

  The register went down when purchasing food. The own took over the situation apologized professionally and offered us a drink to compensate. Staff was friendly as well.

  On vacation in Shoreham. This place was nasty!!!! Dirty food line, food on floor, food looked questionable. Dining room looked disgusting! We ended up throwing out the food, we told our kids not to eat it. I should have not paid for the food.

  The atmosphere is really good, music is good and not too loud and yes the food is clean and fresh and they give good portions with a pleasant and efficient staff. The tables are also clean and there food prep area is clean.
